Registration

Please visit EDAS website (http://www.edas.info) for registration as an author or as an attendee of the conference.

Registration Fees:

• Early Bird Registration (October 5, 2015)
  1. Non-IEEE member US $450
  2. IEEE member US $400
  3. Student (requires: a valid student ID card and the EDAS student account) US $150
• Regular Registration
  1. Non-IEEE member US $550
  2. IEEE member US $500
  3. Student (requires: a valid student ID card and the EDAS student account) US $250

Registration Information:

• Payment of the full registration (early bird or regular) covers only one paper with maximum of 6 pages (including figures, tables, references, etc).
• In case you are the first author of more than one paper, you will be allowed a discounted registration fee for only one additional paper. The first paper’s registration fees are as listed above, and the additional (2nd) paper has a registration fee of US $100.
• A cancellation charge (administrative fee) of US $85 will be deducted from any paid registration fee, if cancelled before October 4, 2015.
• No refund of registration fee will be allowed for a “no show” for the paper presentation. Such paper(s) will not be included in IEEE Xplore or in the conference proceedings (as per IEEE policies).
• If you are registering (in EDAS) as a student, you must show a valid student ID at the registration desk of the conference to be eligible for the discounted registration fee.
• The registration covers the conference proceedings, lunches, coffee breaks, the gala dinner, and the marina cruise social event.
• We can provide only limited (non-financial) support for the application for the UAE visa. If you request, we will email you a To-Whom-It-May-Concern letter, confirming the acceptance of your paper and/or the registration as an attendee.
• Registration of Non-Authors is handled through EDAS system (http://edas.info). In order to pay your registration fee, please go to your home page of your EDAS account or create one, if you don't have an account. Select "Register" from EDAS main menu, then "IIT’15" from the list of EDAS conferences, and then proceed through registration. Please do NOT forget to update your IEEE membership info or student status through your EDAS account. The student registrants are kindly requested to send a scanned copy of their student IDs to the Registration Chair Dr. Azam Beg (abeg@uaeu.ac.ae) and show their student IDs at the Conference Registration Desk.
