Innovations in Information Technology (IT) are the result of creating and/or integrating technologies, processes, services, infrastructure, and applications to solve problems. Innovations in IT are the basis for radical improvements in resource efficiency on a software intense planet, and at the same time for improving our quality of life. The main goal of such innovations is to generate happy, highly educated, sociable and healthy generations. At present, development in our digital infrastructure has already transformed our lifestyle, creating knowledge-based societies. Sustainable economic growth and global demographic developments make it crucial to innovate in smart applications in key domains such as Energy Markets and Mobility, Environment and Nutrition, Transportation and Logistics, Health-Care and Preventive Lifestyle Support, and Social Participation and Education to ensure long-term, high quality sustainable development. Those smart applications demand infrastructures and systems that are more efficient and agile than those actually operating, and lead to quantitative and qualitative progress. Disruptive innovations in IT are crucial for smart growth.
The annual international conference, Innovations in Information Technology (IIT’15), is a premier forum to present and discuss technology advances and research in the field of Information Technology. To be held in Dubai, a dynamic and vibrant city, IIT’15 is the 11th in the series that has been held since 2004. IIT’15 brings together leading innovators in Research & Development and Entrepreneurs in IT from around the world. The latest advances in fields from traditional computer science to evolving smart applications and technologies are explored in IIT’15 conference tracks. IIT’15 is technically co-sponsored by IEEE Computer Society. Accepted papers will be published by IEEE and fully indexed in IEEEXplore. We look forward to your involvement and participation!
