SUBMISSION AND AUTHOR'S INSTRUCTIONS

 

Camera Ready Paper Submission:

---

1. Create your manuscript using any of the IEEE standard templates in Microsoft word or LateX. Templates can be found here. Manuscript should not contain page numbers, footers or headers.
2. Prepare your camera ready paper incorporating all reviewers’ comments.
3. Proof-read and check layout of manuscript. The maximum manuscript length is six (6) pages including figures, tables, references, etc.
4. Use IEEE PDF eXpress to generate or verify IEEE Xplore compliant manuscript as follows:
   1. Access/Create account using the Innovations’15 conference ID. The conference ID is 35963X
   2. Upload your source file(s) for Conversion or your PDF-created file(s) for Checking.
   3. Use the verified/converted PDF file by IEEE PDF eXpress as your camera ready final manuscript to be submitted to EDAS. The deadline for uploading the final manuscript is September 29, 2015.
5. Submit your manuscript to EDAS as follows:
   1. Login to EDAS using your account information (www.edas.info).
   2. Go to “Final manuscript” to upload your camera ready final manuscript file.
   3. Follow the instructions below to upload the needed IEEE copyright form.
6. At least one author must register & pay conference fees through EDAS.

1. Login to your EDAS account.
2. Go to my papers
3. Choose your accepted paper in IIT15.
4. Click the sign next to the copyright forms field. Follow the instructions of IEEE Electronic Copyright Form.
