Registration

Important: Authors must register to the conference before uploading their final camera-ready manuscript.

Please use EDAS system for registration through http://www.edas.info

(Registration will be closed on February 27, 2012 for Authors and March 18, 2012 for Attendees)

Conference Registration Fees:

• Early bird registration (Before February 10, 2012)
  1. Non IEEE member US $350
  2. IEEE member US $300
  3. Student (student ID card required) US $150
• Author Regular registration (February 10, 2012 to February 27, 2012)
  1. Non IEEE member US $450
  2. IEEE member US $400
  3. Student (student ID card required) US $250
• Attendee Early bird registration (Before February 10, 2012)
  1. Non IEEE member US $350
  2. IEEE member US $300
  3. Student (student ID card required) US $150
• Attendee Regular registration (February 10, 2012 to March 18, 2012)
  1. Non IEEE member US $450
  2. IEEE member US $400
  3. Student (student ID card required) US $250

Registration Instructions:

• Student Poster participants are not required to register through EDAS system because it is free of cost.  However, they need to fill the form to register and send it to Registration chair Dr. Faheem Ahmed at f.ahmed@uaeu.ac.ae
• Only limited number of processing support (not financial) for visa application will be provided, which works on first come first serve basis. Therefore those who are seeking for visa application help are advised to register as early as possible. For more details about visa, please visit venue.html
• Additional Paper Registration Fee (US $100 per paper, only one extra paper is allowed).
• One regular registration can cover a paper within 6 pages, including all figures, tables, and references.
• One regular registration with one additional paper has only one proceeding book.
• A cancellation charges of 50 US $ will be deducted from registration amount if cancelled before 27th February 2012.
• No refund is granted for “no show”.
• If you are registering as "Student" you are required to show a valid "Student ID" at the registration desk of the conference.

Authors Registration Fee Includes:

Lunch, Coffee breaks, CD and Conference Gala Dinner.
