SUBMISSION AND AUTHOR'S INSTRUCTIONS

 

Camera Ready Paper Submission:

---

1. Create your manuscript using any of the IEEE standard templates in Microsoft word or LateX. Templates can be found here. Manuscript should not contain page numbers, footers or headers.
2. Set the name of your manuscript file to be the EDAS ID of your paper.
3. Proof-read and check manuscript layout. The maximum manuscript length is six (6) pages including figures, tables, references, etc.
4. Login to EDAS using your account information (www.edas.info)
5. Go to “Final manuscript” to upload your camera ready final manuscript file.
6. The deadline for uploading the final manuscript is Feb 25, 2013.
7. Follow the instructions below to upload the needed IEEE copyright form.
8. At least one author must register & pay conference fees through EDAS

IEEE Copyrights Form Submission Steps:

1. Download, complete and sign the copyright form (IEEE Copyright)
2. Login to your EDAS account.
3. Go to my papers
4. Choose your accepted paper in IIT13.
5. Click the sign next to the copyright forms field. Click the IEEE Copyright Submission button and upload a scanned copy of your completed and signed IEEE Copyright form.
