Visa Arrangements
Citizens of the following countries DO NOT need to complete a Visit Visa form as they can obtain their entry visas at the airport:
United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Austria, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Portugal, Ireland, Greece, Cyprus, Finland, Malta, Spain, Monaco, Vatican, Iceland, Andorra, San Marino, Liechtenstein, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Brunei, Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong.
If you come from overseas and your citizenship is not mentioned in the above list, please do either one of the following:
Option 1:
Fill in the following form and press submit when done. If you
faced any problems for any reason please resort to option 2.
Option 2:
1. download and fill-in this visa application form and
2. fax it along with a copy of your passport to:

or e-mail both your visa application form and passport copy
It is essential for you to be a registered participant in order for us to make entry visa arrangements for you. Both your registration and the above documents should reach us by October 20, so that we would be able to process your entry visa.
Accommodation
The conference has reserved a block of rooms at two well known hotels in Dubai area. Alternatively, you may make your own accommodation arrangements. Please check here for a directory of Dubai Hotels.
Golden Tulip Al Barsha
A special rate of 650 Dhs is offered for Standard Single rooms, and 700 Dhs for Standard Double rooms. Additional charges might apply (10% service charge & 10% municipality fee).
Seventy rooms are available, so in order to secure your room, please book your room not later than October 14, 2007. When you book your room, please mention that you are with Innovations'07.
For room reservation in this hotel, attendees to Innovations'07 may send and email to: reservation@goldentulipalbarsha.com. You should mention in your email that you are attending Innovations'07 (18 to 20 November, 2007), and indicate your check in and check out dates.
Qamardeen Hotels
A special rate of 900 Dhs is offered for Standard Single rooms, and 950 Dhs for Standard Double rooms. Additional charges might apply (10% service charge & 10% municipality fee).
Thirty rooms are available, so in order to secure your room, please book your room not later than October 31, 2007. Fill in the following reservation form and send it via email or fax to the hotel reservation department.
