Paper Submission

Paper Format

Prospective authors must electronically submit their initial  paper in PDF format by the stated paper submission deadline. Authors must use the IEEE double-column format indicated in the MS Word Template. Authors are encouraged to convert their own papers from MS Word to PDF. Make sure that the paper, including figures, does not exceed 5 pages, and the file size is less than 2 MB.

General Information

Paper submission is done only through the TrackChair paper review system (submissions via e-mail will not be accepted), at http://iit2007.trackchair.com.

To submit your paper, you first have to choose the track in which you want to submit it, afterwards just follow the instructions, it is a fairly easy process. Please bear in mind that the keywords used to define each track are just indicative and do not limit the scope of each track.

When submitting your paper, authors will be requested to introduce a minimum of three keywords that define their contribution. These keywords are mandatory and a submission will be withdrawn if they are not entered. The use of appropriate keywords is a key issue to organize and optimize the reviewing process. For that reason, the Innovations'07 organizing committee kindly requests all authors that at least one of the keywords introduced is taken from the track definition.

The submission ends as soon as a paper is created, it is uploaded and all the previously fields are correctly introduced. After a correct submission, authors will not receive an automatic email from TrackChair. Only if the submission has not been correct (for example, has not included a minimum of three keywords, or the manuscript has not been uploaded) will the author receive emails from TrackChair. In fact, they will receive emails for three consecutive days reminding them that their submission is not complete. If after three days, they have not completed their submission, the corresponding submission will be automatically withdrawn.

If you have any problems, first check if the reply to your question is available on the help section of TrackChair. If not available, please don't hesitate to contact the TrackChair administrator (there is an email tool on the help section) or the conference Program Chairs.
