Submissions Guidelines & Registration Fees

We prefer that you submit your manuscripts/proposals online via the conference website http://www.it-innovations.ae (Submission Area).

All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings:

- Submitted papers will be carefully evaluated (by three referees) based on originality, significance, technical soundness, and clarity of exposition. To ensure that your paper will go through a blind-review process, please send us your paper in MS Word format so we can remove the author's details from the paper. Should you decide to send us a pdf verison of your paper without the author(s) details, please ensure that you include the author(s) details in your email message.

- The online submission system accepts only PDF or MS Word format.


- A cover page must be provided indicating the contact details of all authors and the name of the presenter.


- The title of the paper should be written in all capital letters.

- The author's given name(s) should be provided only as (an) initial(s) preceding family names e.g. J.H. Smith. Please include the authors' e-mail addresses. Phone and fax numbers should only be included in the cover letter and should NOT appear on the paper.


- All section and subsection headers should be aligned left and set in bold face (NOT underlined), including "Abstract" and "Key Words".


- All figure captions should be aligned left and presented in the following fashion below the figure: Figure 1. Paradigms of Innovations in IT.


- All table captions should be aligned left and presented in the following fashion above the table: Table 1. Paradigms of Innovations in IT.


- All references should be numbered according to when they are first mentioned in the paper - NOT in alphabetical order by author's name. All authors of a paper must be listed in the references.

Tutorials

Proposals are invited for high-quality two-hour tutorials. A tutorial proposal should include a description of the tutorial, the full name and address of the tutorial speaker(s), and the speaker(s) biography.


Student Posters

Special sessions will be devoted to students to present their IT projects. For the student posters submission detailed guidelines, please click here.


Registration Fees

- Individual Participants: US$325 per participant.
- Group Participants: US$800 per group (3 persons per group).
- Workshops: US$130 per person per two workshops (half-day).
- Student Registration: US$ 80 per student.
