Registration Instructions:
Ø
Only limited number of processing support (not financial)
for visa application will be provided, which works on first come first serve
basis. Therefore those who are seeking for visa application help are advised to
register as early as possible.
Ø
Additional Paper Registration Fee (US $100 per paper, only
one extra paper is allowed)
Ø
One regular registration can
cover a paper within 5 pages, including all figures, tables, and references.
Ø
One regular registration with one additional paper has only
one proceeding book.
Ø
A cancellation charges of 50 US $ will be deducted from
registration amount if cancelled before 10th December 2009 (23:59).
Ø
No refund is granted for “no show”.
Ø
In case of “no show” the paper of the author will not be
included in IEEE database and conference proceedings.
Ø
If you are registering as "Student" you are required to
show a valid "Student ID" at the registration desk of the conference.
